Barre is a unique, high energy/no impact exercise class that combines barre work and lightweights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for your glutes, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body. 

The fat-burning, muscle-sculpting sensation isn’t any of the usual suspects – no kicking, no punching, and no jumping up or down. Specialised iso-metric exercises that lengthen and strengthen your muscles, as you’re burning adipose tissue (body fat). 

When you work at the barre you have a sense of centre and balance that allows you to concentrate on the muscle group you are working on. The body is worked as both a coordinated whole and in isolated muscle groups, maximising the body’s full potential

Absolutely! You don’t need any previous barre, Pilates or yoga experience to come to our classes. Your teacher will provide options to suit all levels.

4. You will be transferred to our bookings where you will need to create an account (username and password) if you are new to Body Ethos. This will take 2mins.
5. Purchase your payment option.
6. Your class is booked and you will receive a confirmation email.

In short, Yes! We have a pre-natal class that provides you the information and education on exercising safely throughout your pregnancy. We recommended getting in touch first before scheduling your first class.
