All our classes are open to all levels, we don’t believe in labelling class ability and therefore our instructors will begin with base or foundations moves before guiding the more experienced into the more challenging positions and exercises.
If it’s your first time, we usually advise completing at least a minimum of 5-6 mat Pilates sessions with us first before attempting a group Reformer class. This allows our instructors (who teach both mat & reformer classes) to understand your bodies limitations and any highlighted injuries or concerns. You can fast-track onto the reformer classes by completing a one to one training session or trialling our Get Started Package
Congratulations first and foremost, the journey of pregnancy is upon you. We have a specially designed pre-natal class that provides you the information and education on exercising safely throughout your pregnancy. We recommended getting in touch first before scheduling your first class.
